DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Thaw out the cauliflower rice by heating it according to the package instructions.

  3. Once thawed, transfer the rice to a thin dish towel and squeeze out the excess moisture over the sink the best you can.

  4. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients to form the dough. You will most likely have to use your hands.

  5. Combine the dough into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using your hands spread the dough out into a circle 1/4”-1/2” thick.

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until dry and golden, then flip and bake another 10-15 minutes until the other side is dry and golden as well.

  7. Add tomato paste evenly.

  8. Add your favorite toppings and bake for another 5-10 minutes.
