DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients except ghee in a medium sized bowl.
Heat ghee in a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Pour the batter onto the skillet or griddle to form 3-4 inch pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles begin to form on top, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the skillet, set aside, and repeat with the remaining batter.

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 large eggs
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
2 medium sized ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons chopped walnuts (optional)
