DIRECTIONS
In a large skillet melt the coconut oil over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced apples, sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.
In a blender, combine the coconut cream, date syrup, and kosher salt. Blend until pale in color and thoroughly whipped.
Divide the warm apples between two bowls and drizzle the sauce over top.
